Problem with Login

Hello,

Few minutes ago i've tried creating a new character, after i've finished and named it i clicked create but nothing happent,
after that i decided to restart client in order to fix it but ever since i've got problems getting in the game.

No errors, no anything. It says even login complete but then kicks me on a black screen and searching for allies.

Possible the login server is down. I was in yesterday with no issue but this morning can not access. I would just give it a while.

Got the same problem..

Logged in with my brothers account and it worked but for my account it doesnt..

Now both accounts are broken..

Both of my accounts are also broken now after creating a character, nothing happens and get error of response from the server is broken. Please fix this

We don't have a response for it. Nothing that we are aware of explicitly causes this issue. It comes and goes, some people have it worse than others. There's certainly a lot of things you could try, and plenty of places on the forums to get ideas from.

Thanks for the response. I did search forums and no solution was/is given on any technical/game support. But ofc i should ''search better''.

I think its all about the name of your character you are creating because I created 10 other characters on a new account and all worked out but then I created that character (name: Vyrfym) I created who caused the problem on the other accounts and It broke the new account

Problem is related to re-creating a character with same name you just deleted. The fix to avoid it is when you want to create a new character with same name - delete char then restart client. It worked for me as i was forced to make new account due to issue which is not resolved, and as you see the only answer we get WITHOUT clarification is ''search forums''.

Ok yea that sounds logical thx man. Hopefully after some patch or something our accounts will work again
