I almost always see only BW/sorc on top of kill list, both NA/EU times. Havent played as much in the past few months, just getting back into it, so could be wrong. Got any screenshots?

This statement was meant to be interpreted as: Penril why do you think HTL is fixed? Not "why do you think the topic is still open?"

I didn't know if it was fixed or not. I assumed it wasn't because hao's bugtracker post is somewhat recent. Penril has WAY better communication with the dev's then I do. For all I knew it could have been fixed and the bugtracker wasn't updated. I haven't conduced any recent testing to see if it wasn't fixed.

Eh, been abusing certain mechanics really hard for a few weeks now, ez top zonekills for whole warband/party/whatever ^^

Ehhh that's a bold statement. Even without UF you can hit pretty hard with LA. Above all else, just give it some time to test.
Maybe not too apparant when I read my post again (on phone).. Was not referring to LS about dmg buff. SW and SH got no burst without UF. In smallscale burst matters. If ES+LS+UF was a problem, remove/rework LS/ES instead of removing the phrdps only burst potential without (at least a plan of) reworking the burst/ dmg potential.

No need to test the glaringly obvious consequence for all phrdps of removing their only (and class defining) burst potential; you'll be useless. No reason to pick the class for anything above any other dps/loldps tank class.

A start would be removing extra ap cost for EY/Plink tactic, removing increased cast time for SW auto crit next attacks skill (can't remember name due to being a useless skill never on the toolbar. Adding half offhand weapon dps as on live etc.

lol seems like NA players are slow to catch the ORVR fotm.
This weeks top kills all been SW/SH. Like the first 15 people on the list been those classes.

Yep, the classes were quite obviously very broken. We didn't get the chance yet to test the sh spam and see how it performs without M2, but we will see I guess. Also, in that second pic lefze posted, all top 5 kills are shs.
