Not sure someone called him a cyka the 1st time we played and we just assumed hes Russian, would be pretty funny if he wasn't considering the last few days of us playing with him.

I couldnt imagine anyone not taking the tactic when running a 2h, its literally your greatest source of damage, unless you are intent on beating on tanks or people too dumb to detaunt, theres a reason they took it away from Black Orcs and it wasn't because it sucked...

I'm tempted to run that in scenarios, but in RvR if I'm running 2h I think the 30% parry for guard damage reduction, crit reduction for me and DP, and eventually AoE snare are too important for survival and utility.

AP drain and outgoing healdebuff in that tree are also great imo

It is nice that there is an actual choice in specs, I think the BG tree changes where good in that regard. Being able to spec into def or offense off spec.

Well his last name on all his toons is Andalusian, which means someone from a place in Spain, and his tank is Atalaya Andalusian, which means Andalusian Tower in Spanish. And miles is soldier in Latin so i assumed Mieles was the spanish descendant. Could be wrong though


@Torque: i feel like 15% crit and 50% aa haste tactics are more important, and parry/toughness for tanking are necessary. If i wasnt trying to tank, then no detaunt looks more attractive but I value parry/toughness for tanking over it imo. Like jaycub said, its awesome there are actually tactic choices for BG that are relevant and cool.

To play chosen right and good it is not really a matter of its mechanics but more about positioning and timing + being well aware and fast reactions.

As a chosen, and not just as a chosen but as anny tank you can really make a big difference by changing how you position your self in a fight to lower the change of being cc'ed.

On chosen it is also not the hard part of using your skills in the right "rotation" but more the part of knowing wich tank is guarding wich target and getting rid of the right tank at the right moment while still maintaining your overview of the fight and your guardswap.
You can call this "easy" whatever you want but so far i only know maybe 3 chosen's who do this right.
It is not just pressing a button it is about knowing when to press it and on who to press it.
