Mastery Abilities?

So I'm leveling my chosen up, and I noticed that new tactics aren't getting listed in my tactics page, from any skill tree, and I was wondering if it's not implemented or if mastery is bugged? I've spent the needed points.

Make sure to spend points on the skill/tactic you want
Kkomrade 80 Zealot Akilinuz 80 Chosen Zaiyer 80 Marauder
Kkomrades 80 Black Guard Sauer 80 Squig herder Nosler 80 Witch Elf Soniq 70 Shaman

As you go up to and past the tactics you need to spend a point on them by clicking them so they're no longer greyed out.

lol I feel like a complete noob now, thank you. Completely forgot you had to use points on the ACTUAL tactic/ability to get it.

Np I did the same misstake when I started out
