Shaman - char creation apparance gear

Is it possible to get the char creation apparance gear from the char creation window. Specifically talking about the shoulders and helm. Please comment if you actually know if you CAN or CAN NOT. Thanks in advance.

Sentinel gear from sewers, not ingame afaik
