Trade Destroyed Item

In an attempted trade with the destruction player "Death" we initiated a trade of one event cloak for another with different stats. I received her cloak and my cloak left my inventory. However, she claims that it never made it into her inventory. I would suggest holding off on any trades until this issue is fixed.

Im the player with that toon Death and im sure i dont have any Intel cloak on my inventory...i've tried everything even relog and open another new trade window with Bevier(Firstmate,Zealot) and nothing...we talked to eachother to expose our situation on here...he got my toughness cloak i didnt got his intel cloak thats all....and minutes before ive trade successfully my BG BQ helm for a strength event cloak...thats why i was positive about another trade but no way...after relogging didnt got nothing as well and that made me to come to forum exposing this boring situation

She was on the WE for the trade and was already wearing a cloak. The INT cloak i was trading her was for another toon, I'm sure.
