Is there a Problem?

I was just on grinding away at my levels and all of a sudden I get a message to check my emails and that I have been removed from the server? Well I have an I have received any emails. Then I logged back on and I have no characters now. What did I do wrong? I rarely talk to people and I just grind away.. So not sure what I have violated.

We just cleared server for HotFix, don't worry.
