Why am I being forced to join Order?

I love being a Black Orc, and wanted to start a WAAAGH! with a few friends, but the "Done" button wqas inactive but when I went to go Order it worked...

It works for me. Is it just the black orc class you can't create. Do any of the other classes work?

I'm personally pretty surprised we're already encountering people wanting taken names. Like, I've gotten some pretty good ones thus far; A lot of stuff is still open
