Hosting companies usually get yelled at by everyone, loudly, when they break stuff. We've seen worse from them, but they're cheap.

Oh, it wasn't restarted. It crashed hard. Server ran out of memory, which means something is leaking and it might be a problem moving forward. Need to investigate some of the things causing it and slap it with a hotfix. Dev stuff.
