Question about languages

Hey, how´s it going.

I´m wondering - because I couldn´t´find conclusive info on it elsewhere - whether there´s any possibility of playing the game in one of the originally supported languages... It´d be extra useful for my german to play it in that language.

However, if I'm not mistaken, missions, subtitles and other stuff remain in english, is this correct ?

Most of the texts will be translated (quests, skills, fluff) but might need a client restart for some string tables to be updated

I´m downloading it, but 9,5Gb? It´s the entire game right?

I downloaded it, however none of the three executables work. They pop errors about not being able to run the [patcher.prod.sig] or smth.
