Is there any addon tha binds a specific message to a key-bind/skill?

ones added the command for option is /tol config

Anyone have a download link for Think Out Loud please? All the results from Google point to one dl link which wants a sign up and credit card details...

Also please make sure your think out loud is not linked to your /say channel. Or you might get a lot of "ignores" on the server. Also spamming say with the same thing more than once a minute is a whack with the paddle. :)

And if you think of telling in /say that you are ressing someone, it is a double whack from your realm side. Your enemies wait for these messages to see where the healers are grouped.
