Game loads to the ToS screen the closes.

I recently reinstalled the game on my newer computer, windows 8.1, and have been unable to get the game to start.

I downloaded the installer from the site, and verified the version number froma friend that was in game at the time.

Anti-virus and spybot turned off before starting the launcher.

The launcher starts the game normally, it loads until I can see the screen to accept the ToS/EuA and the the game closes with no error pop ups.

Video and sound drivers are current as well as windows updates.

If anyone has some suggestions to getting the game to work correctly let me know please. Needing a Warhammer fix badly!

Try deleting the user and the cache folder.

Moved the cache file to another folder, just in case. Could not find the user folder.

It's safe to delete both folders. They get recreated by the game. Glad it worked.
