Re: Addons for tank
Slightly OT, apologies, but does anyone know if there's an Enemy (or other addon) option for non tanks for 'guarded by' rather than 'guarding' that marks the tank and brings up the distance marker rather than marking your guarded target?

Doesn't Aura and Buffhead basically do the same thing? Where is the difference/benefit?peterthepan3 wrote:Aura/Buffhead/GES/Enemy/CCTV
Same goes for GES and the Guard features of Enemy...

no. buffhead shows debuff dots above heads, while aura allows you to fully customise icons and place them anywhere and do a lot more things.
I use enemy and ges to show distance markers/name of person etc.

Re: Addons for tank
I thought the guard feature in enemy was actually GES but without some of the other features, I could be wrong though....Achilleos wrote:Doesn't Aura and Buffhead basically do the same thing? Where is the difference/benefit?peterthepan3 wrote:Aura/Buffhead/GES/Enemy/CCTV

I know there used to be an addon on live that would switch guard by clicking on the party unit frame. I believe the name was Every Body Guard?

That's to bad, though if its just a code issue I should be able to fix it if someone has a copy and could provide a description of the issue.peterthepan3 wrote:yes ebg. unfortunately it's bugged out here, otherwise I would definitely recommend it.
