The issue at hand is that he doesn't want to be expected to try to 1v1 fully geared chars as a lowbie, and I agree no one should be forced into that situation. And it goes the other way around aswell, why should fully geared characters have to deal with loads of lowbies? Such bad returns for our grind. It's simply a matter of quality, now we have the population numbers, but the quality of the PvP is way too low when theres TONS of lowbies around. So as far as I see it, quality is the next step to improving RvR.

Low quality comes from people attitude, not their levels. But do tell, how can we improve it?

Well it is true that other open zones are more or less empty, apart from a few solo players capping even fewer flags and wait there for small reward ticks.
Like 90% of population tends to gather in one zone, all other zones are basically dead or have a handful players who failed to find the single active zone. :)

I was, I asked him for solution of the 'zerg problem'. The last one praised by this kind was 'open more zones'. It did that much good.

It's all tied together. Obviously the population suffers from extreme l2p issues, but why should it be made even worse by creating massive uneccesary powergaps? Just gonna go ahead and copy-paste from the thread with the poll:

This system is far superior to the old one, but only because of the population. The second the tier progression was removed the level mechanic that made the tiers necessary should also have been done away with. It's obsolete, not only because there isn't actually anything tied to the levels except abilities, but because renown/gear is the main progression in the game. At this point all the levels does is degrade the actual benefits of the merge by creating a way larger than necessary powergap between a "lowbie" and a more mature character. The gap from renown+gear is big enough, just the way it is. So even if the poll shows that the new system is superior, it still doesn't mean that the OPs point isn't very much valid.

I am straight forward I don't need to brag about anything, if anything in this game is worth bragging about...
