Right in da jibbles used to be a small knock up/interrupt (video here) but it couldn't be fixed because "the skill used a different mechanism than F_KNOCKBACK to accomplish this effect, but we don't know what it was." (source)
2. Explain why it's an issue.
Well it's not exactly a huge issue but it would be nice to bring back this iconic BO ability back to its former glory.
3. Propose a viable solution to the problem.
Since it's not possible to add the knock up effect to it, I think it would be only fair to add an interrupt to it (akin to Vicious Slash).
