Repeated DC (every 30 seconds)

While trying to roll a new character to see if that solved the issue I got disconnected...

Ive been logging in on several chars all day, removed all quests, got out of Aldorf and such, even deleted all KEGs END items to see if that would fix it, no luck on any end. keep getting disconnected ever 30 secs to 2 mins... Possibly a population cap issue ?

Same issue it seems to have started after updating the launcher. stinks cuz i keep dropping off while in rvr spent a couple hours in dwarf t3 and got almost no contribution even though i was active the whole time cuz i kept dropping out the game.

Crashing doesn't remove contribution. I would suggest :

1) cutting all graphic settings to lowest possible
2) as a test - removal of all addons from the game client - not unchecking them, I mean physically move or delete the addon folders
3) delete or move to bank all items from quest bag and craft bag
4) do /stuck twice on loading screen to be moved to t1 starting zone

When done with above take some screenshots as a proof you did it everything that was recommended and get fraps or whatever to record some videos of stuff that happen to you so we can procced from there.

Buddy had this issue and we fixed it today.

solution: Completely delete the "addons" folder found within the interface folder.

It looks like the clean install that you download from the site is coming with corrupted addons. Not sure who is running that downloader but you may want to strip the addons out because it will be hard for new people to fire up this game with a corrupted install crashing them.
