The server is not up, it is only visual showing as up when it is down.

You can check the number of player, didn't change in last 20 min a single time, that is because the window is not actualizing and the server is down

I know that, but do they not have anyone that can bring it back up or no? Because they should have staff that can do it around the clock. meaning for North america times, EU, etc.

Are you being serious? They do this for free in their spare time. They don't owe you ****. If it were up to me, they would ban you for being this entitled and ridiculous.
