To try and get back on topic.......
The current server outage mentions connection being actively refused it, seems to be just a rejection of all incoming traffic. Will this have to be updated some way on our end, or will it just, for lack of better term, "turn itself back on"?

Wouldn't the project get shut down by EA if they even entertained the idea of taking compensation in anyway for this project? Unless things have changed they don't own the rights to WAR and could be sued

That's a good point. Probably for another topic, but I do wonder what kind of deal for rights was made and how far they're allowed to take this.
