Just roll a tank. You'll win the majority of pug scs if theres a half decent mdps in as ror isnt balanced to scs as the devs see it as a mini game.

Indeed, fixing groups before sc starts is very important.
The core problem with this and all those nice guides is on the other hand the inability to read the ingame chat.
Those people who obviously need the most help are those who don't pay attention.
Dying is no option.

It's useless when 90% of players don't read the forums or the in-game chat.

When you ask people to keep buffs on and then you notice and understand they don't even use said buffs...well not much you can do after that =)

@Rum good post.

Good post, Rum. Well though out.

The biggest issue I find in Scenarios are just plain old selfish players. The tanks that don't guard melee dps, the dps healers who flat out refuse to even throw a HoT to anyone other than themselves, the players who hold the flag while fighting other players (and all the while not doing the objective)...

The "I do what I want-ness" of some players baffles me. It's like they're oblivious to the fact that it's because of the other people in the SC that they even have a chance to succeed.

Good Post, should be Sticky under NEW PLAYERS START HERE forum.

You forgot to add this.

When PuGing a Scenario in RoR, it's important not to get your hopes up. The reality is this; An organized 6-man coming into a scenario for the opposing side can and usually will win the scenario for their side - even if they come n when you have a 250-300 point lead.

This game is about the teamwork and synergy of the classes. Play in the moment, play to win, and use every class ability you have that helps or synergizes with the group.

-assist each other
-use cc wisely cause of immunity timers
-use best equip and talisman
-talk with other people about the game and share knowledge
-talk with other people about the class you're playing
I know, these are details, but in my opinion they are important
Thank you, I will work these in =)
You're welcome. I hope your guide will help people to understand the game better and for us all to enjoy pug scenarios.
