Since this seems to be an ongoing issue with players not knowing this.
Account not active means that the server is down/loading. There is nothing wrong with your account you just need to wait a few minutes for the server to load back up.
This message is set to all clients that connect to the server before it has finished its loading OR when a member of staff issues the command for clearing out the server before a restart.

You might want to change the wording of the message displayed on the launcher to reflect that, the people visiting the forums - even if issues like that are encountered - are a fraction of the playerbase.
Some might not have the patience and call it a day upon running into issues like that, some might be irritated by the very wording and think they have been banned or w/e and just nope out then and there.
I am aware that taking these things into account is tiresome, but judging by the amount of threads (in relation to active forum goers) that prompted you to issue this thread... changing the wording will net you a higher level of compliance/trust and keep the animosity/confusion (resulting from a missunterstanding of the message on the launcher) to a reasonable level that's easily taken care of before things hit other venues.

Might be fancy to utilize the new launcher to display known issues in general, would save you alot of time longterm as you wouldn't have to respond to threads manually.

I would agree with Darosh,if it not that big of a hassle for you,changing the message might be helpful,especially for the new comers.
And a question for me,as i couldnt make it out from what i red.
Game and Login servers status have nothing to do with that problem,so even if they both are green the message can appear?
