PotionBar STUCK!

Hello everyone, so I moved my potionbar to my right bottom corner but then circle moved to the right as well and now I cant move it ... anyone knows what to do ? I tried reinstalling nothing happened.

Don't be logged into the game. Delete the settings files for it.
Warhammer folder/user/settings/Martyrs Square/[character name]/[character name]/potionbar
Just delete the whole potionbar folder. It will create a new one when you log back in with default setting. You will need to do any custom settings again.
