Lost my craft res.

Hey there. Tried to take some craft res from email. It didnt move to my bag, and I received message in a chat.... see the picture below https://yapx.ru/u/BAndf after this message res just gone(((.... any help?

Res appeared in inv after totally quit. IF GM's work then TY!
