About deserter debuff.

I suggest you guys change when this debuff should be applied. The server is unstable and many times we crash during scenarios, even if we come back seconds later, we have to wait 10min for another scenario. Crashes and disconnects make it annoying, it would be a lot nicer if the quitter debuff only applied if you didn't log back in before the scenario ended. So if u crash and log in, you're still in the scenario, but if you log in too late, you get the debuff. I hope I was clear.
