I would recommend Slayer. Barracudax plays one, and I think he only uses one hand when he plays - judging from his vids.

BW go AoE cast RoF and FB a lot.

Healers are a bad idea, unless you want to do nothing but cast group heal.

I think you can nake anything thats not melee work. Just might not play it in the most optimal way.

I would say what you are doing is going to make the biggest difference. Scenarios or small man stuff is going to require more than say a tank wall at a keep. The latter you could get away with just spamming a group heal or rain of fire.

If you haven't already looked into or purchased a gaming mouse, I'd recommend checking out the roccat nyth model, or one similar. This one allows you to configure the buttons to your preference and comfort, allowing up to 14 additional buttons if your right hand allows it.

while it is true that SM doesnt have many keys thanks to planB, and you could actually play like you said a very subpar SM... it would be kinda of a waste.
much better classes for a slower gameplay style.

Judging by inputs and number of skills/conditional requirements; general keyboard acrobatics, from easy to challenging, imo:

Tanks: KotBS>SM>=IB
Healer:WP>RP>=AM
Mdps: Slayer>WL>WH
Rdps: BW>=SW>=Engi

Now, mobility and such is a whole other story ~ take it with a pinch of salt.
I'd suggest to use CastSequencer rather than NB, but I guess the additional options NB comes with would - depending on the class you pick - help or be outright mandatory in your case.

Have a friend that I used to play with, that due to a medicinal issue have shrunk/deformed arms and hands. Nerfed Buttons addon really helped him out and he could pretty much play any class he wanted thanks to this.

Play nice, the bloke was looking for serious suggestions.

On topic, Rifleman Engi is probably the best class for the op's needs.

Go to the Dwarf section of the forum and look for the thread about "Keg Sniper" I think that will serve you well.

Also ask around for Bitter Stone thunderers, that guild have the best engi experts in the server and are all helpful and good people.

And Peter submitted a serious suggestion; Barracuda clicks ~ a Slayer can be reduced to a total of 2-3 keys if NerfedButtons is being used, only issue would be movement but that could be dealt with, too.
Now mind you, OP stated that he has issues with his hands, not his social skills, so finding a group shouldn't be an issue ~ playing Slayer therefor neither.

But meh, OP opted for Engi, so yeah, he certainly should, as you've said, check out the BT folks and their guides on the matter.
