Should you buy expensive gear now or wait for t2 vendors?

I ask this because a while back the debs said they will add vendors with more lvl 11 gear to both sides

So I wonder if it is better to hold on to my gold and wait or buy your gear now it's espically tempting to wait as much to my dismay I leared that many of my classes had outlandishly expensive gear ( seriously 500g for bq bg and 29g for just gr shoulders alone made me stop playing bg)

Which is why seeing how just as viable domion gear is relative to bloody and that we will get access to more of it later down the line from lvl cap increases or from vendors is it not better to just hoard your gold?
