Lag Spikes & Freezes

Hello there. Hoping for advice. Today I've been experiencing huge lag spikes in Scenarios & RvR as soon as our opponents are close enough to trigger collision detection. Sometimes, I get stuck in SCs because of it and have to shift+ctrl+esc to force the game to close which earns me quitter debuff each time. According to others, Im the only one having this problem. Ive disabled all addons then restarted the game client but none of that works. As far as I can see, this the only game I play getting these lag spikes today. Any advice/ tips appreciated.

Try things like deleting the cache folder in your RoR game folder and make use of the command "/rel" ingame in chat window after/between fights. Also if you search for user "Glorian" he has a link to a list in his signature that you can follow to prevent/counter lag/crashes/freezes etc. Good luck!
