cant login too launcher or patch

i just downloaded this game for the first time but the launcher wont let me login ive tried my user name and email i know the password is correct and i have verified my email and even setup rulesets in my antivirus which is comodo antivirus 10 with the included firewall i have even given the entire game folder full control in the security tab in properties so im confused im gonna try and download the torrent again to see if that fixs the issue

Be sure that you move the downloaded torrent out of that folder and relocate it else where, rewrite the ruleset and go from there. Let me know if this helps at all.
