Contribution as healer

Is there any advice for healer to get more contribution?
I Played for 2 weeks in group for hours and still no gold bags, played with a dps who killed more than 100 ppl still nothing, recently just a purple and blue but gold nothing..

BUT when i play on my wh (solo all the time), i just go around doing some kills and i can easily win any bag plus tons of medallions.

I just want to understand if there are healers that has the same rewards like a dps and their playstile, basically collecting the experience.

Hm do the same as a RP with a BW as my pocket DD and everything works fine. enough bags and medallions

Rezz people. Heal people. Even those outside your group.

With insta rezz, I spam it whenever I can to keep PUGs and solo guys up. Since the Devs input the contribution on heal/rezz my AM went from 1p of conq and no bags to 5p conq, 5p genisis, 2 subj bags, and a slew of greens....

Rezz seems to do a bunch. Also, group with Beardz. That way you can insta rezz him in the middle of a melee train, over and over and over....

I already done everything: warband, 6 man premade, pocket healer, playing alone healing and ressing everything but always not enough

I just logged my wh in CW when the outer was down, i played 40 minutes, 8-1 with 991 roll with gold bag, come on this is a joke!
i believe this is an april's fool.

My wh got already full conq + full genesis + 2x subj (everything under rr50)

... Your final roll is not entirely determined by your contribution. You can be top DPS, top heals, top rezz, KB on the lord, spawned the ram, on the ram during siege, and capped every BO 35 times, if you roll a 3 you wont get a bag...

Also, every time you FAIL to get a particular bag, you get a bonus to your roll. Also, every guild that claims a keep or involves in ORvR adds a bonus to your roll. AAO also impacts your chances of gaining a bag.

The roll and your odds of getting a bag are different from contribution. 1 is partially random with a LOT of variables, the other is what you personally do.

Im not worried worried contribution as healer. More renown as a solo healer would be nice though.

If I dont want to join a group for whatever reason I find myself doing bad dps with a healer set up, since the renown is better.

2-3 weeks playing HOURS everytime and still nothing, i think to have enough contribution for gold bag. In the past i won 4 or 5 gold bags in total, playing less without much focus so i'm just trying to understand how the system really works

Ok. What don’t you understand? Healing and Rezzs give you contribution. How much compared to DPS and KBs? Only Devs know. As my previous post stated though, there are more things that can add to your roll, but if you get a string of bad luck it doesn’t matter how much contribution you have. A bad roll is a bad roll.

But every time you get a lock, you get a bonus to your roll for every type of bag you didn’t get. Eventually, even a bad roll with AAO, claimed keeps. Etc will give you a bag.
