edit: now its different ... i get to choose a character. when i hit "play" i get the msg "you have been disconnected" without any delay

No flight options or Npcs or anything, just people

Full warband chrashed in MoM, cannot log back in to that character again. Just get 'connection closed'. Other characters work.

did you try to travel there with another toon? (MoM?)

well... even in Altdorf no npc´s etc. no didnt try and i guess i wont xD
