Good WP/DoK changes. Hopefully the main issue for them is fixed but the damage is still fluff

I like this idea of moving the M4s to core and replacing them with new abilties. The only M4 I took on my classes was Tzeentch's Shielding on the Zealot, all the others just weren't worth the additional mastery points and weren't that much better than some M2s and M3s relative to the additional time needed to get to them. Divine Fury - Tactic - This tactic now additionally reduces the cooldown of In Pursuit by 270 seconds giving In Pursuit an effective cooldown of 30s.
Avatar of Sigmar - Morale 4 - moved to core, requires lvl 40 to use, when used all morales will have a cooldown of 5 minutes, if you use any other morale then shared cooldown will be 60s as normal.
