invalid username password?

my game name : naugrim

Can't log in the game. only in the forum. launcher said :invalid username/ password.

I check it a lot and even ask new password three times changing each time without result. Still log in the forum but not in the game.
Can you fix it? Thanks

You might have to change your password to push it to game server, but don't do it right now, as the game server is offline at the moment. It will achieve nothing.

thanks for your quick answer. I just wait the server to be online then I try for the fourth time with no success... fyi I wanna know if I try with another account to know if the launcher was the problem and with another account he works fine. Any suggestions with my : first account : naugrim
they still said : invalid username/ password. Please help thanks

Make sure there's no special characters in your password e,g !"£%%^$£"^$@~]
