Marauder helmet with single horn?

Hi everyone,

I could swear I've seen a marauder helmet several months ago that has only one horn in the middle, not two left and right like many other helmets. Can anyone correct me if I'm wrong or maybe knows where to find one?

An ideas? Maybe it was just an NPC.

Thats Chosen of Nurgle npc only helm (for now, no idea if cosmetic gear is still on the agenda for devs.)

The Mayhem helm has only one spike on top with a skull on it, IIRC.
