Client download issues and troubleshooting

Hello! My game client is unable to connect to the server directly already in the game...fails by timeout. Two days ago everything was fine. How can this be correct?

i've downloaded and extracted the files but still get this

i've launched the patcher and it doesnt do anything apart from just say initalisaing>.< heeelp

Is the RoR launcher inside the game folder?
