Client download issues and troubleshooting

You also run it as administrator? It shouldn't, but the anti virus might be preventing it from searching for war.exe.

it is run as administrator, i turned firewall off and it still didnt work
do i need to extract the launcher? if so i've tried and it does not work it says \RoRLauncher.exe: The archive is either in unknown format or damaged)

The launcher doesn't need to be extracted. Could try downloading the launcher again, and see if it works.

I recently just finished the downloading and logged into the launcher, only to be met with this.

Any suggestions I could try? Oh, and sorry if this is the wrong place to post, just saw this in the Tech Support and thought it was where I needed to go.

You are not supposed to run the "warpatch" file, you need to download a RoR launcher and run that inside the game folder.
