Racial Starting Zone

Sorry if this is answered elsewhere, I tried searching the forums and couldn't find it. The original racial starting areas from the retail game, have they been removed? How do I get to them? I've just started my Goblin and I feel a little out of place amongst these Chaos weirdos.

If you use your "book of binding" at start you'll get ported to your race staring area

Afaik use book of binding. Not sure it is working at ror but it was for war. Otherwise fly tru chaos wc

The default starting zones were already changed to Empire/Chaos for all races way back in retail. I think it happened in late 2009. It happened because sadly there was a large outflow of players thanks to EA's greed and Mythic's stupidity, so they had to merge servers and make everyone start in the same zone so the little players that were left were concentrated in one area instead of being spread apart.

Anyway, that's a little backstory for you. A very sad backstory leading to the death of WAR and I suppose the birth of RoR.
