[Blackguard] Just entered T4 - what stats to focus on?

I'm a SnB BG. I've just left T1 and entered T4. So far I've been focusing on toughness, but I think i already have enough. With the bolster to BR 48 I have 600 toughness, put Terrifying Foe on top of that with the 45% buff and it comes to 870.

I'm thinking I should stack armour tallies (have an alt who will scavenge mats for me), but my damage is also very low, so maybe some strength too?

Any suggestions are welcome.

Here is a screencap of my stats:

Use .getstats command while targetting yourself to get the correct stats. You have most likely much more than 600 toughness unbuffed.

For RVR put everything in defense. Your best use is guard bot with hold the line at your rank.
Dying is no option.

I'm most keen to do scenarios - I'm in New Zealand and get too much lag in large scale RvR.

Hmm never knew about .getstats. Do I have to do that every time to see my proper stats? What's the point of the char menu then lol. Anyway, with .getstats I see that my toughness is 683. But it also says my parry, evade and disrupt is lower than what is written on the char menu? I specced my RR points into those, so that sucks if its true.

The stats on your paperdoll show the values for your true rank, like lvl18. With 18 you have different stat caps than with 40 or 48.
.getstats on the other hand shows no avoidance gained from stats.

you are lower renown rank so SNB imo is kinda best way to go
if you want damage go 2hander though... maybe carry a 2h if you know your SC lacks dps... then try swap weaps etc

Don't worry about Strength on SNB too much imo... just max out your defensive capabilities... you are debuff/guard bot... oh and also make sure to play the SC purely as they are meant to be, I.e no chasing frags/kills just turtle on flags/carry the part all the time (do all the dirty work that helps you win but barely gets thanked @tanklife)

Renown spend it into
Evasion and crit reduction is best imo what you aiming for
Deft defender (dodge disrupt)
Reflexes (parry)
Defender (block)
then futile strikes (minus chance to be crit if needed)

the longer you hold a point, the more people you bring that needs to kill you... the more space you open in other parts of the map (especially if its pug) so should improve your chances of winning

I know you got some ways to go...

So when you hit proper T4...
aim for full ruin pq farm caledor lizards (can start farming 28+ wear later on)
with tome unlocks get the winds Jewlery(35+)
and skaven Jewl(24+) High pass quest chain
Buy the RR 39 SC weapon, buy the RR 39 SC Shield also...
buy green belt with 2% block? use rr 28 green cloak from npc if you don't have better... maybe look at ravack cloak... or BL cloak
That is starter gear for when you hit 40 that you should probally try to acquire :)

Potions, armour potion, then either Strength or toughness potion (can only use one)
use Regen potions... and some medals to buy officer instant heal potions (they are on different cooldowns will help your surviability / turtling)

Thanks, very helpful! At the moment I just feel so weak, almost anyone can kill me 1v1. Think I'll craft some armor tallies. I've already being spending my RR points into some of the things you suggested. Should I spread them evenly over those or is there one i should focus on more?
