feel still like an error of acces or ownership, had you tryed to uncheck" red me only " setting on property of the war folder (i know it auto re set check but it should help) or did you have any limit acces to the pc? google around on internet for the windowns privilege and such, some computers get with limited access on stuff or post installation; then what system you have win 7-8-10 ?

I have Windows 10, once I had this computer 7, and the second computer is Windows 7, and I have this error ...

mmm since you are stuck to update, i had and keep have a problem with new lancher. i solved that by every time use:

RoR.updater instead that rorlauncher; try re use ror updater and see if it fix the problem, if it does you need to use it everytime.

First of all I would check whether you find a solution here: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2889

I would suggest running the Launcher / Updater as Administrator (right click), if the permissions of the folder are correct.

mmm since you are stuck to update, i had and keep have a problem with new lancher. i solved that by every time use:

RoR.updater instead that rorlauncher; try re use ror updater and see if it fix the problem, if it does you need to use it everytime.

I can not update because I am updating this problem coming again and not letting me update with the luncher

What you are using is rorlauncher exe
Try use rorupdater.exe instead and see if it work chexk into the folder.

That should maybe fix your client and make it update.
