[Knight] boots that match dominator chest.

Hi I could use some help Identifying a pair of boots I've seen on another player in game. I can't seem to find the item in game and the one guy I've seen with them does not like to respond to tells and runs around anon.

Anyone here know where to find this pair of boots?

Thanks, you happen to remember which pairing? I've slowly been going through each quest in each chapter to try and find them. Knowing which racial pairing would greatly cut down my time searching.

I've done every quest (that is doable) on order and can't remember which one happened to give unique skin like this, I remember one chain in badlands gave 1h sword skin that is unique but nothing apart from that

Why were they just changed? Is the texture being saved for future set or something?

Could the boot texture be moved to the dominator set? It was nice finally having matching boots for the dom chest piece.
