New Launcher Issues

I've got the following error when i opened the updater as administrator:

Error Downloading updater:
System.Net.WebException: The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel. ---> System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.

Aren't the certificates updated?

Red/yellow light or getting error about certificate is caused by it going out of date and its being regenerated, this is not an issue with the new launcher but an issue for the old one as well.

As a workaround set your computers date back a few days and you should be able to connect once more.

have same prop. set Date on 24,25 etc the there is a update buttom in red pushing it without result, secend time pushit then launcher crashed

This thread is for players which the new launcher has been rolled out to. You should see a message in the news window on the launcher if you are in the current testing pool. If you have any issues please post them here.

Yo, I had used an small Transitional chinese-input patchs since live. The patches had modified the Interface.myp (210MB), just covered the original client same name file then work. But after I finished the launcher update, I can't use my input patch. Everytime when I paste the file to client and log, the launcher update the interface.myp back to normal. Does any way I can use this input patch again? It's an really easy solution for peeps input chinese on english GUI, it can display and write on chat. I knew there are much Chinese players at this server. If not use the patch, the only way can displays chinese was change to chinese gui by typed in /L 8 at chat. Then whole gui changed to chinese. But I don't like the chinese fonts after changed by /L 8. The way for display the chinese on english gui, is changed the chat font to Myriad Pro 0 Large. Please need some help! Thanks a lot!

hello!!im having problems with the download of launcher....first time was ok everything was doin great but when the time comes to press connect it said that was and invalid /name pass...second time i tried again and after the manifest and veryfying it stops again with a popup window an error occured..i dont know what to do and with my lack of expirience about pc's i'm afraid that i make things worst!!even my main acc is bugged now i can't connect to ror page that's why i made a second account only to manage to write my problem here!!plz if someone have the time to help me with this issue!!thanks a lot in advance!!

maybe it bug out, try use inside war folder rorupdater.exe instead it will re downlaod the launcher /check integrity(?) and see it work. Solved some stuff for me in past

Somehow i cant run the rorupdater.exe says its corrupted or unreadable. I think i just wait a while, see if this get solved from further patching. See you all again.

My issue solved. I download the launcher . replace the one inside my folder and patch and i can play again. Thanks.
At first i uninstalled the game and try to download the full game client from the thread - realise need to pay $$$ to download if i dont want to wait. Lucky i got a back up copy of game.
