Using same name after deleting toon

Hey, I just want to ask how long it takes until I can use the name which I used before. I deleted my toon and want to start new with same name.

You need to wait for a server restart.

and restart happens only if problems appears or normaly lets say at midnight (for example)?

Problems or around 8 AM each Saturday CET time.
