- Instant spells cast with mechanic points now gain +25% effectiveness in all cases.(Not when selfcasting)

"Ey, Quit Bleedin'" effectiveness still increases on selfcasting.

Actually I forgot hots didn't increase in effectiveness when cast on self, so I'll second that.

I'd like to say that according to what I've seen Lambent Aura and Shield of Saphery are quite a bit stronger when cast on oneself. It doesn't seem extremely powerful at the moment, but worth noting.

Also, considering Natherul didn't place a "no self-cast" rule on this, it seems to not be working for ST and AOE single target heals. I assume that lambent aura and shield of saphery actually do benefit from this for selfcasts.

Good stuff on fixing the server message when server is down.

Lot less people who think they are banned though.

You have to wonder if we havent lost at least a few folks due to that miscommunication.
