T1 RvR influence after lvl 16

is there ANY way at all to get RvR influence from T1 areas after you get to lvl 16. i want to complete my ToW but am missing the ork and dark elf areas of the T1 RvR influence areas of the book, but im level 33 now and cant go abck into them to get inf normally

do you know if they have any plans to add a way to do so, even if just for influence and just for T1 or just sitting on a BO as a chicken the whole time...
