Restoring chars?

I didnt play for month or so and after that time all my chars gone. Happened to me once in past also then I made this new acc. I dont think there was wipe last month for non active players. I know you couldnt restore them before but now with client control maybe? You can check my chars in signature

we have not made a wipe in a long time, def not in the past month.

If your character truly is gone then someone has been on your account and deleted it.

Either way character restorations are not something we can do, sorry.

If you can find your characters in the armory then they are still there.
