I want Plan B to only affect one of the actionbars and leave one intact (without changing when stance is changing).

Is this possible?

How I have it set up, is bar 1 2 and 3 rotate, while bar 4 and 5 stay put with all the abilities I want to have 100% access to, hope that helps. I'm not sure if you can stop it from changing the bar though.

As far as i know PlanB only switchs the first bar according to your stance/plan. It uses the first 3 bars to do that, showing them instead of bar 1 and using the hotkeys bound to those slots.

So if you want to have skills always accessible, you place them in bar 4 or 5. Or you can place them in all three bars.

That's how I use it.^^
