Not sure about other other stats, but Dom is short for Dominator which is currently the best scenario amor set available.

Full Dom with Winds Impervious gives you around 7.7K wounds which is fine for scenarios. Your WS will be around 500-550 when buffed with either Follow Me Lead or Da Biggest stat steal, which is roughly 40% armour penetration IIRC.

1- never guard. u will die, u just dont have the tools to balance 2hander and guard dmg . you wot will not help you at all.
2- as much wounds as u can, ur only chance of survival is have enough hps than a heal can burn a shitload of aps just to keep u alive and other group members die before u. so healer cand edicate all heals to you .
3- has ur flee ready , once order rdps start focusing u u got few seconds to run away and hide. u will need atleast 8,8khps to survive a single bw rotation .
4- considering u allready self buffed on ws , wait for ur chance to strike , standard rotation will be armour debuff, snare- taunt-thc- plan switch- kick-kd.
5- use plenty of heal pots , u gonna need alot.
6- pump ap for ur healers as much u can. healing u on same group with a bunch of mdps will realy strain the hell outa healers ap.

Jokes aside, there is not meta for for 2hander borks , u can play meme specs for spaming aoe if u are into a pug wb . or u can go balls agaisnt the wall and drop all ur rr into str, critic and ws.

Why be useless to your group, when you could be a 2h Choppa with better damage and offensive skills. Most likely you will deal even more damage with full defensive set.
The moment you skip guarding you become a wasted slot in your party as tank class.
You make it sound like BO is only viable in a 3 tank setup.
