Can't remove folder

Hi guys,

I tried to get it to install but hit an error. I figured removing everything and starting again might be the answer. I ran the uninstaller and it deleted most of the files in the folder but not all. I now can't remove the RoRUpdater as it refuses access to let me delete it. Not sure how to get rid of it so I can start again :/
