tactic tooltip says 'all groupmates within 50 feet of them'
since skill effect only apply on initial target, it's hard to tell who's got cleansed or not.
not sure cleansing outside of grp cleans your own grp in 50ft.
Isha's Encouragement is unreliable HoT.
target must be on debuff.
you can't put HoT on your desire.
50ft grp HoT might have some use but worth tactic slot? idk...
Shaman could cleanse a target out of group. The group cleanse component only works on ppl in your group, 50ft around the cleanse target.
People always have debuffs on them, especially, when they get damage. Therefore healing on cleased targets gives additional healing for no extra gcd.
