it's giving some errors about your .net frame work. Ensure they're up to date. Usually can do that through Windows update, or google .net frame work and download the latest version.

Ensure read only is disable. Run as administrator, and make sure the launcher is inside the game folder. Is the game folder complete? i.e no missing files. Could try re-extracting it, in case something went amiss during the process.

Try downloading it and doing the process again.

As Azarael said, check for error log. However, I think it'll make all our lives easier if you downloaded the latest launcher, which can be found at the top of the page through t "Download Game/Launcher".

I do understand what causes my problems, and I understand that I'm supposed to follow the instructions on this thread:

What I stated is that I can't seem to be able to download the required files from the links in the thread, and so I asked for another link from where I could download the same files.

So, let me try and put it all clear.
I downloaded the game via torrent, then downloaded the latest Launcher and put it into the folder.
Then the game would not start, and I have this message:

I realize that this has something in common with this thread:

So I try to download the contents of the stated thread, but the given link to JeFawk's library rebuilder do not work (Chrome says network error or smthing). MegaDownloader also fails to download the files from the Ad.Fly links.
This is how I came to ask for another download link on JeFawk's library rebuilder, if anything of the like exists.
In the meantime my game starts up - I press connect, the error message comes up as it always does, but the game starts nontheless - and then in the menu I get 4 keys for Cinematic, Credits, Settings and Quit. No server selection, character creation or the like.
Hope my problem is detailed enough now.
