Can not login with a specifice player

Hello team gz on ror,

I can not play with my Kotb Kalrathas. He is in adorf I login and crash. I can login and play with all other characters in my account. Can you please look into this. Thank you

In Altdorf, there is a hallway that sometimes causes this constant crash. If you are in the hallway leading to the Gear Merchants near the guild hall (War Quarter) and this is happening, avoid that route to the War Quarter, and go around.

How to fix:

1. Open the game as usual.

2. Select your "Crashing On Load" character at the Character select screen

3. Press [PLAY]

4. While the game is showing the Tome of Knowledge loading screen, type on your keyboard; /stuck [ENTER] /stuck [ENTER]

When you load into game, you will be in the PVE Tier 1 starting area.

Simply Guild Scroll, Book, or ride to flightmaster to get back to Altdorf and avoid that hallway.

Hey,

try to type in during the loading screen 2x stuck in very quick sucession.
this should port you to the level 1 starting area.

if that doesn't work you are seriously stuck and probably indeed require assistance of a GM.

I recommend joining, after you tried the above "fix", the official discord (https://discord.gg/G9jDWgv) and contact a GM, or leave another post in this thread.
