(Solved) Using Keysticks to play with controller doesn't work

I'm using Keysticks to map keys and mouse movement to my xbox controller. This works in Lord of the rings online quite well but for some reason I cannot get it to work in RoR. When I have RoR in a window and click on desktop area outside the game window I can move the cursor with my controller. As soon as I click on RoR window to put focus on it the controller stops working. It doesn't register mouse movement or keys. There are no error messages. As soon as I click on desktop again the controller input returns. I can move the cursor with my controller over things in RoR window and they will highlight as if they react to the cursor. But only if the focus is not on RoR window.

Any ideas how to make it work?

Tried Rewasd instead and it works so I guess it was Keysticks that failed to work with RoR. Not RoR's fault I guess since I couldn't get Keysticks to work with Guild wars 2 either. Rewasd works with every game I've tried so use it instead if someone is having the same problem as me
